Responsibilities:
As anAssociate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, butare not limited to: 1. Handling a diverse caseload of ClassActions, Construction Litigation, Intellectual Property, ProductsLiability, Malpractice, and Personal Injury cases. 2. Providinglegal advice to clients and representing them in court. 3.Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such ascontracts, pleadings, and briefs. 4. Negotiating settlements onbehalf of clients in a manner that is in their best interests. 5.Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies andprepare for trial. 6. Keeping clients informed about the progressof their cases and responding to their inquiries in a timelymanner. 7. Staying updated on the latest developments in the legalindustry and adapting your strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the followingqualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, withexperience working on either Class Actions, ConstructionLitigation, Intellectual Property, Products Liability, Malpractice,and/or Personal Injury. 3. Admission to the state bar. 4. Excellentnegotiation and communication skills. 5. The ability to managemultiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. 6. A strongunderstanding of legal principles and procedures. 7. The ability towork independently and as part of a team. 8. High ethical standardsand professional integrity.
