You will have the opportunity to practice administrative law and help an underserved community. We have a fantastic team that will help you with these claims from start to finish. There is an opportunity to practice in Federal District Court along with the administrative practice. We work fully in office from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We are a volume practice with each attorney responsible for 250-350 matters at any given time. Each attorney has a team member that helps with matters assigned.

Responsibilities:

Prepare for and attend for hearings in front the Social Security Administration. Draft legal correspondence and documents. Prepare and review legal cases to ensure that they are legally sound and free of errors. Maintain professional relationships with clients, other attorneys in a firm, opposing counsel, judges, clerks, court staff., Draft legal briefs for appeals cases. Perform other duties as assigned by the firm.
