We are seeking a seasoned anddynamic Permanent Associate Attorney with a strong background inlabor and employment law to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave experience in ERISA, defense, document review, writtendiscovery, depositions, and motions briefs. This is a fantasticopportunity for an attorney who thrives on delivering exceptionalservice to clients and has a passion for labor and employment law.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on avariety of complex cases, providing legal advice and representationto our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice andrepresentation to clients in labor and employment law matters.

Conduct document review and written discovery to gather informationfor case preparation. Prepare and argue motions, briefs, and otherlegal documents. Conduct depositions and witness interviews togather evidence and information for cases. Represent clients incourt, presenting evidence and arguments as necessary. Collaboratewith legal team members to develop case strategies and prepare fortrial. Keep up-to-date with changes in labor and employment law toensure compliance and provide the most current advice to clients.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understandingtheir needs and goals to provide the most effective representation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 3-7 years of experience as an attorney, with a focuson labor and employment law. Must have experience in ERISA,defense, document review, written discovery, depositions, andmotions briefs. Admission to the state bar. Strong legal researchand writing skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keenattention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently andas part of a team. Commitment to maintaining the highest level ofconfidentiality and ethical standards. Strong interpersonal skills,with the ability to build relationships with clients and teammembers.
