A well-established and dynamic litigation firm in KansasCity is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3 years oflitigation experience to join its growing team. This is anexcellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to stepinto an active role handling a broad range of litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases independently from inceptionthrough resolution or trial Conduct legal research and draftpleadings, motions, and discovery Represent clients in courtappearances, depositions, mediations, and trials Collaborate with ateam of experienced litigators on complex cases Communicate withclients, opposing counsel, and court personnel effectively andprofessionally
Practice Areas May Include:
Consumer claims Productliability Class actions Civil rights Employment law
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license inMissouri and Kansas (strongly preferred) Minimum of 3 years oflitigation experience Demonstrated ability to handle filesindependently Strong analytical, writing, and communication skillsClient-facing experience preferred
