Position Overview This role is ideal for a mid-level attorney ready to take ownership of a diverse caseload and contribute to a high-performing litigation team. The successful candidate will have a background in civil litigation defense , strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage cases independently or collaboratively. Licensure in both Missouri and Kansas is required. Key Responsibilities Handle a full range of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Missouri and Kansas . 4+ years of civil litigation defense experience . Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision.
