Seeking Attorney to support thedevelopment of insurance solutions that address the exposures ofcompanies and individuals involved in Corporate Mergers andAcquisition Transaction. Requires high-end experience in Mergers &Acquisitions and significant professional exposure to Corporate Lawand Taxation, Investment Banking, and Financial Accounting andstreet-wise comprehension of the critical dynamics parties faceduring a Merger or Acquisition transaction. Lead complex duediligence projects and write due diligence reports

Collaboratewith:

Producers, Client Service and Mergers and Acquisitions TeamMembers, Investment Bankers and Private Equity Firms, ClientCompanies, and Reciprocal Insurers. Investigate and developsolutions to transaction problems and issues. Prepare and reviewdeal documents. Analyze Tax Structuring. Provide “expert” supportfor: The preparation of submissions and indication summaries; Theplacement and underwriting process; Negotiations; Clients, Brokersand Producers throughout underwriting process and closings.
