On behalf of a well-established and highly respected law firm, Adams & Martin Group is assisting in the search for TWO Associate Attorneys and ONE Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join the team as part of a

Compensation will vary upon experience. 1-5 years preferred. $65,000 – $85,000 $90,000 – $115,000 $120,000 +++++ (Senior Attorney $150,000+++++)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of business litigation from inception to resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and analysis Prepare for and participate in depositions, court hearings, and mediations Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Demonstrated interest in business and commercial litigation Experience with complex commercial disputes, contracts, or corporate law issues preferred Prior work in a law firm or legal department handling litigation matters
