Job Description
Adams & Martin Group has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney to work in a reputable firm’s Business Litigation department. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in a large law firm, preferably within business litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills are required. Missouri law license required. This is a great opportunity for an associate who wants courtroom experience!
Types of case matters:
Breach of contract Antitrust Unfair competition Insurance fraud and bad faith Unfair or deceptive business practices Tortious interference Breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing Intellectual Property disputes Banking litigation Employment litigation Partnership disputes Distribution and franchising disputes
Salary:
Base of approximately $125K with potential fee split on settlements.
