Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney, licensed to practice in Missouri, to handle first-party insurance claims, focused on property damage claims. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims/Plaintiff, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
- Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies.
