Job Description:

Deliver timely and strategic case evaluations and ongoing updates to stakeholders Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials Conduct and defend depositions of both expert and fact witnesses Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence Manage a full docket of insurance defense cases from initiation through resolution Qualifications Skilled in using litigation support tools and case management systems to streamline workflow Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities 1-5 years of experience handling civil litigation matters Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
