Compensation:
$150,000 – $200,000 base, dependent on experience and book of business

Who We’re Looking For:
We are open to two types of candidates:
A senior-level attorney with an existing client base seeking a more supportive and structured platform
A mid-level associate (4+ years of experience) ready to take the next step in their career and grow within a boutique setting
Both types of candidates must value teamwork, professional systems, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on business formation, entity structuring, and general counsel matters
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, operating agreements, and deal documents
Support or lead M&A, business sales, and real estate transactions
Deliver consistent, high-touch legal service with attention to detail and responsiveness
Engage in firm initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and client development
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Missouri (or eligible via reciprocity)
4+ years of experience in business, corporate, or transactional law
Strong legal writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to working collaboratively in a boutique, systems-focused firm
A portable book of business (preferred for senior-level candidates)
Bonus:
Experience in estate planning, real estate, or regulatory compliance
What We Offer:
Base salary of $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience
