Job description: The ideal candidate will be a mid-level associate with four or more years of experience in employment and labor law, particularly in defending employment cases. This role involves substantial responsibility in case management, client engagement, and contributing to the firm’s employment law practice. Defending employment cases, with preference for experience in class and collective wage and hour actions Taking and defending depositions Managing written discovery processes Drafting and arguing motions Handling overall case management Reviewing and drafting workplace policies, practices, and handbooks for employers with nationwide and international operations Managing client engagements with a high degree of responsibility

Qualifications:

JD degree from a reputable and top law school, with preferably some achievement or distinctions.
