The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience inestate planning, gift and estate tax return preparation, probatematters, and trust administration. As a key member of our legalteam, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legalcounsel to clients on matters related to estate planning, trustadministration, probate proceedings, and tax implications.

KeyResponsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to develop tailoredestate plans that align with their financial goals and objectives.

Prepare and review complex estate planning documents, includingwills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth preservation,including gift and estate tax planning. Prepare and file gift andestate tax returns in compliance with federal and stateregulations. Represent clients in probate proceedings, includingestate administration and litigation matters. Provide guidance andsupport to trustees and fiduciaries on trust administration andcompliance matters. Stay abreast of changes in estate planning lawsand regulations to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date legaladvice. Maintain accurate and detailed records of clientinteractions and case developments.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor(J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Missouri License topractice law. 2-6 years of experience practicing estate planningand probate law. Strong understanding of estate and gift tax laws,trust administration, and probate procedures. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively counsel clients and build rapport. Proven track recordof delivering high-quality legal services with a focus on clientsatisfaction. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multipletasks and deadlines simultaneously.
