This position plans and executes strategic activities and projects that directly support the implementation and optimization of efforts to grow segment-specific sales/revenue/profit/market share.

Analyzes and develops distribution channelDevelops new initiatives and partnershipsTravels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customersConducts presentations in front of law offices and industry trade associations, demonstrating First American Exchange servicesPrepares reports for business efforts to track progress on client developmentWhat You’ll BringDynamic, high-energy sales professional with at least 2-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the title and/or real estate industry or an attorney with real estate or tax law experienceDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goalsAbility to listen to clients and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutionsDemonstrated persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunitiesProven accountability for work and resultsAdapts strategy to changing conditionsFamiliarity and affinity for sales database systems or software such as SalesforceAdapts strategy to changing conditionsDemonstrated ability to successfully connect with clients in person and virtuallyMust possess valid driver’s licenseMonthly commissions payable in addition to the annual base salary pay range of $60,000.00 – $75,000.00.This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
