Experience and Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and 4years of mergers and acquisitions experience, insurance industryexperience preferred. Strong familiarity with preparing andreviewing engagement letters, confidentiality agreements,indemnification provisions and risk management analyses. Ability toassess accuracy of statements and assurances in the representationsand warranties from sellers in mergers and acquisitionstransactions.
Shall:
Perform contractual and financial evaluationsfor companies involved in M&A deals in order to assessacceptable Representations and Warranties Insurance coverage.
Provide transactional risk insurance. Review, evaluate and presentanalysis of due diligence procedures, operational risks andpotential red flags of mergers and acquisitions deals.
