Remote Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Attorney of Record to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with appearance attorneys, and paralegals. The role includes filing documents and being the attorney of record for casework on which your team works. Comfort with this model is essential.

• Responsibilities:

• File documents digitally where available.
• Delegating to appearance attorneys and paralegals to file on your behalf.
• Provide updates received on cases when provided to you by courts.
• Willingness to work across other areas of law
• such as Family, Immigration, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Employment, Injury, and other plaintiff cases.

• Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active US bar license is in good standing (Required); additional state licenses are a plus.
• No criminal history.
