3+ Years Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) – Pittsburgh, PA
TRANSACTIONAL ONLY
Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of solid real estate law experience to work in our Charlotte office. The position requires significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently. Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must.
As a Real Estate attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a wide range of commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. Our Real Estate team assists clients in commercial acquisitions, sale and lease transactions, and complex development projects including multi-use and/or multi-tenant projects, shopping centers, condominiums and planned communities, and projects involving historic tax credits or other tax credit structures
Background Requirements:
Minimum 3 years practice in commercial real estate – HOA & TAX
EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!

Site planning and zoning is a plus.
Book of business preferred but not required.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in
NORTH CAROLINA.
Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
