Associate Attorney•Fiduciary Litigation & Estate Administration
? Hickory, NC | ? In-Person Only | ? Full-Time
We’re growing—and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our team in Hickory, North Carolina.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to take ownership of fiduciary litigation matters and support clients through estate administration with confidence and care.

Quick Note:

We specifically need someone comfortable with fiduciary litigation and estate administration. You’ll jump into a balanced caseload from day one
? What You’ll Handle
✔ Will contests & trust disputes
✔ Challenges to estate documents (wills, trusts, POAs, etc.)
✔ Court appearances and motion practice
✔ Probate filings, inventory, and accountings
✔ Communicating with fiduciaries and beneficiaries
? What We’re Looking For
1+ years practicing law (litigation experience preferred)
Licensed in North Carolina
Strong legal research & writing skills
Confident communicator—in and out of court
Team-oriented with attention to detail
Familiarity with probate & estate law is a must
