Salary:

You will be working directly with our team of experiencedattorneys, providing crucial support in the preparation andmanagement of various family law cases. The ideal candidate willhave 5 years of experience working in family law.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to our attorneys in all aspects offamily law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, andmore. Conduct thorough and accurate document reviews, identifyingrelevant information and summarizing findings for attorneys.
Prepare and manage all legal documentation, including pleadings,motions, discovery requests, and responses. Assist with casepreparation, including gathering and organizing evidence, draftinglegal documents, and preparing case summaries. Conduct legalresearch and draft memorandums, briefs, and other legal documents.
Coordinate and manage schedules, deadlines, and court dates,ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Act as a liaisonbetween the attorneys, clients, and court personnel, maintainingprofessionalism and discretion at all times. Assist with trialpreparation, including preparing trial exhibits, witnesspreparation, and trial logistics. Maintain case files and managecase database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law or relatedfield. At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in family law.
Proficiency in document review and the preparation of legaldocumentation. Strong knowledge of legal research methods and legalterminology. Exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability towork independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in usinglegal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handlesensitive information with the highest degree of integrity andconfidentiality. Excellent problem-solving skills and the abilityto work under pressure. Interested in hearing more?
