The idealcandidate will have at least 6 years of experience dedicated tocomplex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, andchild support. First-chair litigation experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Managing a broad range of family law cases,including divorce, child custody, and child support. Providingexpert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they arefully informed of their legal rights and obligations. Representingclients in court, presenting evidence, and arguing cases in a clearand persuasive manner. Preparing legal documents, includingpetitions, motions, and agreements, ensuring they are accurate andlegally sound. Collaborating with other members of the legal teamto develop effective strategies and solutions for clients.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law and related legaldevelopments, ensuring our firm continues to provide the highestlevel of service to our clients. Contributing to the growth andsuccess of the firm, including participating in businessdevelopment and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor(JD) degree from an accredited law school. 6 years of experience infamily law, with a proven track record of successfully managingcases involving divorce, child custody, child support, and more.

Admission to the North Carolina state bar. Exceptional legalresearch and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear,concise, and persuasive legal documents. Strong interpersonalskills, with the ability to build rapport with clients andeffectively communicate complex legal concepts in an understandablemanner. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with the abilityto represent clients’ interests effectively in court. High ethicalstandards and professional integrity, with a commitment toupholding the principles of the legal profession.
