Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in Litigation for a position involving mortgage-related disputes, consumer and retail banking claims, credit card litigation, and general litigation. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and be well-organized (responsible for handling a large volume of cases) and have good negotiation skills. Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills. North Carolina bar is required, with the addition of South Carolina bar preferred.
