Associate Attorney HW Legal Group 6000 Fairview Road, Charlotte, NC 28210 About us HW Legal Group is a small practice which focuses on real estate but also handles litigation, bankruptcies and estate planning. Responsibilities include preparing title opinions, final title opinions, closing documents and other real estate related documents, answer phones as necessary, billing, auditing. Preparing bankruptcy petitions and court appearances. Prepare wills and trusts Responsibilities also include participation in marketing events and covering closings. Real estate experience and NC and SC licensee preferred. A working knowledge of estate planning is also desired.
