JobDetails Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in legal proceedingsrelated to employment law, workers’ compensation, and defense. 2.Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery,motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents related toemployment law. 3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis toadvise clients on their legal rights and obligations. 4. Developand implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes andachieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. 5. Negotiatesettlements on behalf of clients in disputes related to employmentlaw and workers’ compensation. 6. Stay updated with the latestchanges and developments in employment law and workers’compensation. 7. Work collaboratively with other attorneys,paralegals, and support staff to ensure the highest level of clientservice. 8. Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, anddepositions as required.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degreefrom an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and ingood standing. 3. A minimum of 1 years of experience in employmentlaw, workers’ compensation, and defense. 4. Proven track record ofsuccessfully representing clients in legal proceedings related toemployment law and workers’ compensation. 5. Excellent negotiationand conflict resolution skills. 6. Strong research and reportwriting skills. 7. Proficient in using legal research software andother related software. 8. Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legalissues in a clear and concise manner. 9. Strong organizationalskills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meetdeadlines. 10. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
