The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of immigration cases including employment-based petitions, family-based immigration, asylum, deportation/removal cases, federal litigation, naturalization, and other immigration-related practice areas. Qualifications Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Legal Issues skills Experience in handling visas and immigration cases Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in the state of practice Experience in federal litigation and habeas corpus cases is a plus
