Salary:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercialagreements to protect the company’s interests. Monitor legal andregulatory developments and ensure the company remains compliant.

Develop and enforce internal legal policies and risk mitigationstrategies. Support business units with practical,solutions-focused legal guidance. Oversee disputes, manage externalcounsel, and support litigation strategy when necessary. Play a keyrole in corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures,and restructuring. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from anaccredited law school. Active member of the North Carolina StateBar. At least 5 years of relevant experience—ideally a mix ofin-house and firm-side, with exposure to corporate, regulatory, andemployment matters.
