Key Responsibilities:
Handling first-party and third-party insurance coverage litigation. Analyzing and preparing coverage opinions, pleadings, and discovery responses . Representing clients in hearings, depositions, and litigation strategy development . Advising insurers on complex coverage issues and claim disputes .
Qualifications:
2-4 years of litigation experience , with at least 1-2 years in first-party and/or third-party property insurance coverage . Admission to North Carolina or South Carolina (must obtain licensure in both states within one year of employment). Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills .
