Are you a tenacious and strategic attorney with a passionfor insurance defense litigation? We’re seeking a dedicated anddetail-oriented Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join ourdynamic legal team. This role will focus on a variety of insurancedefense litigation matters, providing an exciting opportunity forthe right individual to grow and develop their career while makinga significant impact within our organization. The ideal candidatewill thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a high degreeof professionalism, and possess a strong ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

As an Insurance DefenseLitigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include: 1.Representing our clients in all phases of litigation, includingpre-trial preparation, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial.2. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, and otherlegal documents. 3. Conducting and defending depositions,mediations, and arbitrations. 4. Developing and implementinglitigation strategy, including case evaluation, discovery plans,and trial preparation. 5. Negotiating settlements, resolvingdisputes, and advocating for our clients in court. 6. Maintainingup-to-date knowledge of legal developments related to insurancedefense litigation. 7. Collaborating with other members of ourlegal team to ensure successful outcomes for our clients. 8.Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courtpersonnel, and team members.

Qualifications:

To be considered forthe role of Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney, you must possessthe following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. 2. Admission to the North Carolina state barand in good standing. 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience ininsurance defense litigation. 4. Proven experience in depositions,mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings. 5. Excellent oraland written communication skills, with the ability to effectivelycommunicate complex legal concepts. 6. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 7.Proficient in legal research and writing. 8. Ability to manage ahigh-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively. 9.Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and clientconfidentiality.
