Litigation Attorney Lake Norman Law Firm 21235 Catawba Avenue, Cornelius, NC 28031 Lake Norman Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a Senior Associate position (highly prefer Family Law experience). A North Carolina Bar license and at least 3+ years of litigation practice is required to apply. Candidates must have trial experience, proven capable of efficiently managing typical volume of client matters from consultation to completion without substantial partner oversight. In addition to excellent writing (pleadings and agreements), advocacy, and organizational skills, the ideal candidate is a problem solver and critical thinker who makes mature legal decisions, provides practical advice, and understands client relations. A partnership track is available for experienced candidates.
