Excellent Job Description What You Will Be Doing Represent clients through arbitration and trial in District and/or Superior Court. Conduct thorough legal research and communicate legal strategies to clients. Analyze plaintiff and defense arguments and provide clear, strategic legal advice. Prepare comprehensive legal briefs and litigation strategies for personal injury cases. Manage and complete discovery processes including expert consultations and depositions. Present arguments in mediation, arbitration, and jury trials including examining witnesses and introducing evidence. Ensure case progression by monitoring performance standards, addressing issues, and streamlining workflows. Continuously improve legal processes and outcomes by analyzing and optimizing procedures. Experience You Will Need Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed to practice in North Carolina (South Carolina license preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plaintiff-side litigation (NC-based). Trial experience in District and/or Superior Court. Strong understanding of personal injury law, case development, and courtroom procedures. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
