We are seeking a skilled Patent Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on the protection of their intellectual property rights, particularly through patent law. The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting legal research, and representing clients in patent litigation matters. Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on patentability and intellectual property strategies
Draft and prosecute patent applications before the relevant patent offices
Conduct legal research on patent law and related issues
Represent clients in patent litigation and dispute resolution
Assist with technology transfer and licensing agreements
Provide guidance on trademark law and intellectual property rights
Advise clients on compliance with patent regulations and laws
Qualifications
Jurisdictionally recognized qualification as a Patent Attorney
Strong knowledge of patent law and intellectual property rights
Experience in drafting patent applications and prosecuting patents
Familiarity with litigation processes related to patents
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients
Experience in technology transfer and licensing is a plus
Background in trademark law is advantageous
