You will work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of our firm. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in residential real-estate law. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions, and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and title companies.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers and sellers Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia Complete a thorough review of each assigned title search. Hold either a current appointment as a Georgia Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situation Title curative Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

JD from accredited Law School Georgia bar license required One or more years of residential real-estate law experience required. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Title review experience
