Opportunity Overview:

We are representing a well-established legal firm with a nationally recognized financial regulatory practice seeking a motivated attorney to join their team. This role centers on bank regulatory law and compliance matters, offering exposure to complex legal challenges in a collaborative environment. The practice frequently partners with internal teams handling financial services and government investigations. This position offers hands-on client engagement from the start, including international clients. Applicants should be comfortable working across various time zones as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

JD (or international equivalent) required Active or pending admission to the North Carolina Bar preferred 1-5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to financial regulation, compliance, or similar fields Prior work with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, or compliance-focused firms is a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong academic credentials from a top law school (Top 30 preferred, GPA 3.0+) AM Law 200 experience preferred
