To achieve this, we need an additional Bilingual Attorney who can effectively monitor client’s treatment, negotiate with the insurance company and medical providers, and supply case approvals and second-tier client contact. Compensation:

$75,000 – $100,000 starting salary based on experience for the first 12 months! Compensation is 100% commission after the first year with a full and mature case load. Newer attorneys on commission average $125,000+/year (once on commission a full year) and more senior attorneys average $200,000+/year.

Requirements:

Must currently hold NC State Bar License. PI experience is a plus! Preferred 5+ years of legal experience.
