What you will do:

Handling complicated plaintiff personal injury litigation cases Initial Intake Pre-Suit Client Relationship Management Negotiating with Insurance Companies and Lien Holders Drafting Initial Pleadings, Conducting Depositions, Preparing and Responding to Written Discovery Take cases to Trial What you need: 5+ years of Personal Injury Experience 3+ years of Trial Experience BAR, Juris Doctor Benefits Competitive base ($120,000-$150,000) + Bonuses 401k 4% Match Full Medical, Dental & Vision 4 weeks PTO (Can carry 1 week of unused PTO over every year) 9 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating 1 day a week WFH Gym Membership credit + free parking For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
