Position Overview:
Reporting to theGeneral Counsel, the successful candidate will be responsible forproviding advice and guidance on legal issues and on the legalimplications of matters. The primary role of this person will be toserve as a key lawyer/legal advisor on major transactions,including financings, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures,and operation/commercial matters.
Experience:
4+ years of corporatetransactional experience with a strong preference for candidateswith significant experience representing clients within theelectric power generation industry, particularly IPPs. Priorin-house experience is not necessary but preferred.

In-officeWork Requirements:
Hybrid schedule; 3 days in office but subject tochange in the future.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
