• Paid Time Off JobDetails Our client is looking for a litigation attorney with twoyears of experience, from either the plaintiff or defense side, whois ready to represent injured clients.

Candidates must be licensedto practice law in South Carolina.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform intake and case management duties (along with staff)willfully and with consistent attention to detail and care for theclients. Meet with clients via Zoom and in person when needed.

Monitor client’s treatment progress and client relationship withvarious medical and service providers. Draft and review settlementdemands and all pre-litigation documentation. Negotiate cases tosettlement. Manage a good-sized caseload proactively using our casemanagement system by working the assigned task list to move casesforward. Draft and file lawsuits. Work closely with our litigationparalegal and clients to draft excellent discovery responses andrequests. Prepare for and attend mediation. Prepare for and trycases to a jury. Handle litigation from start to finish. Attendminor settlement and wrongful death hearings. Interact with expertwitnesses and opposing counsel and insurance companies.
