Position Overview:

Seeking adedicated and experienced Civil Defense Attorney to join a dynamicteam. This role is ideal for a passionate legal professional who iseager to handle complex medical malpractice cases while benefitingfrom thw firm’s commitment to mentorship, professional development,and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of defense cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legaldocuments.
• Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and otherprofessionals to build strong cases.
• Represent clients in court,mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide mentorship andguidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admissionto the state bar in South Carolina
• Minimum 3 years of experiencein GL litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writingskills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiencywith legal technology and case management software.
