The successful candidate will beresponsible for handling a high-volume caseload of personal injurycases from inception through trial. The role involves providingcomprehensive legal services to our clients, including but notlimited to, case evaluation, legal advice, negotiation, mediation,and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp ofpersonal injury law and a proven track record of successfullynegotiating settlements, drafting demand letters, and conductingdepositions. K Job Details Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload ofpersonal injury cases from inception through resolution. Conductthorough case evaluations to determine the validity of each caseand devise effective legal strategies. Draft and review legaldocuments, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, anddiscovery responses. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjustersand defense attorneys to secure the best possible outcome forclients. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, anddepositions. Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients,ensuring they are fully informed about their rights and options.

Maintain strong client relations through regular communication andupdates on case progress. Ensure compliance with all legalstandards and regulations. Participate in professional developmentand continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date withchanges in personal injury law and legal practice.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to theSouth Carolina Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PersonalInjury Attorney. Demonstrated experience in settlement negotiation,case management, pre-litigation, and litigation. Proficiency inlegal research and writing. Strong negotiation and conflictresolution skills. Excellent client relations skills, with acommitment to providing exceptional service. Experience conductingdepositions and mediations. In-depth knowledge of personal injurylaw and legal compliance requirements. Ability to evaluate complexlegal cases and provide sound legal advice.
