Associate attorney duties include, but are not limited to, court appearances, including motions practice and trials; drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and the like; and client intake, consults, and regular communication. We are looking for an upbeat, driven attorney to join a fun, laid back, but hardworking atmosphere. You will work independently under the managing attorneys, with the managing attorneys offering guidance as needed. 2-3 years of experience in criminal and/or family law is preferred, but not required. Must be licensed and in good standing.
