What You’ll Do Independently represent clients in estate, charitable, business succession, and estate/gift tax planning Represent fiduciaries in trust, estate, and probate administration Help develop and improve internal firm processes and best practices Build and maintain strong client relationships Support business development and client referral initiatives
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For Licensed to practice law in North Carolina Substantial knowledge and experience in estate planning and probate Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal A client-first mindset and a proactive, team-oriented attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Willingness to follow firm processes and contribute to continuous improvement
