The ideal candidate will have experience in either workers’ compensation law or employment law. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced attorneys to further develop your legal expertise. Attorneys with defense experience are encouraged to apply. Duties Represent clients in workers’ compensation or employment law cases. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. Maintain client relationships and ensure effective communication. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. 2 to 3 years of experience in workers’ compensation law or employment law. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
