The primary responsibility will be to attend foreclosure hearings and sales throughout the state, so the ability to travel is a must. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
