Job Description
Position Details Wyrick Robbins is seeking a business / corporate attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience to join its market-leading Corporate practice. The firm has a collegial office environment with leading practitioners on sophisticated matters at a regional, national and even international level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative and should have relevant law firm experience to assist clients with a broad range of complex business and corporate matters and transactions including: advising clients on general corporate, LLC, and partnership governance matters; advising clients on entity formation, operating agreements, partnership agreements, and stockholders agreements; advising clients on debt and equity financing strategies and funding transactions; advising clients in M&A and other strategic transactions; drafting and reviewing commercial contracts; serving as outside general counsel to businesses of all types and sizes; and interacting directly with company executives, founders and in-house counsel. NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in) preferred. Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics. Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills required.
