Commercial Real Estate Attorney Adams, Howell, Sizemore & Adams, P.A. Raleigh, NC 27608 Want Big Law clients but without the Big Law hours? Our dynamic commercial real estate practice group represents national clients on sophisticated deals across multiple jurisdictions. We pride ourselves on being strategic partners with our clients by providing practical advice and a premium work product. We are seeking a seasoned Commercial to join our growing team.
Principle duties include:
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements. Performing legal due diligence, including title and survey review and analysis, and drafting title objection letters. Drafting legal memos summarizing title, development and legal risk issues. Drafting and negotiating Declarations, Reciprocal Access Agreements, Utility Easements, and other legal real estate documents. Obtaining 3rd Party consents. Advising on legal issues related to site acquisition and development. Coordinating and conducting commercial real estate closings.
Qualifications:
J.D. required, in addition to 1-3 years practicing commercial real estate law. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Works well in team-based environment.
