Candidates should be adept at preparing necessary legal documents in connection with prenuptial agreements, initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. Compensation:

$100,000+ yearly

DOE Responsibilities:

Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action Keep client files properly organized and up to date Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position Active membership with the ABA (American Bar Association) Proven record of success in advocating for plaintiffs and defendants Previous criminal justice or other legal background preferred About Company We are a boutique family law firm offering clients the highest quality of legal services.
