Family Law Attorney Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Family Law Attorney Bonham Solutions Raleigh, NC 27607 A highly regarded law firm in the Raleigh area is seeking an Attorney with at least 2 years of experience practicing family law experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation and be prepared to handle a diverse caseload. Experience in estate planning is also a plus. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution. Handle all aspects of litigation, from case initiation through trial, including discovery, motions, mediation, and court appearances. Provide legal counsel and advocacy tailored to each client’s needs and objectives. Maintain clear communication and a strong attorney-client relationship. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, agreements, and court filings. Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and best practices. If applicable, assist clients with estate planning matters such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Qualifications:

Licensed Attorney in North Carolina, in good standing. 2 years of experience in family law litigation is required. Strong litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy skills. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication abilities. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in estate planning is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

Base plus commission, with earning potential ranging from $70,000 – $150,000 per year (dependent on experience).

Billable Hours:

1440 per year
