Key Responsibilities:

The ideal attorney will possess three (3) to five (5) years of focused experience in white collar crime & complex commercial litigation, navigating regulatory inquiries and financial investigations of the firm’s clientele. Meticulous litigation preparation is essential for this role and the ideal attorney would be adept in and preferably have an undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance. An L.L.M would be a great advantage, but is not required for this role. Support a pre-litigation and litigation with diligence and precision, having signficant prior experience with drafting legal documents, completing filings and generally supporting the senior attorneys. Matters involving financial investigations and regulatory proceedings will be the primary focus, therefore a strong educational background would greatly benefit the team as structured precision and meticulous attention to detail is key.
