We arecurrently seeking a Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

As aLitigation Associate, you will be expected to: 1. Manage allaspects of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings,and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. 2.Develop and implement litigation strategies, conduct effectivelegal research, and draft compelling legal documents. 3. Representclients in court and at depositions, mediations, and arbitrationproceedings. 4. Provide legal advice to clients and advise them ontheir rights and obligations. 5. Collaborate with a team ofattorneys to develop defense strategies, while also workingindependently on various cases. 6. Stay abreast of current legaltrends and updates in insurance defense litigation. 7. Maintainstrict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Litigation Associaterole will have: 1. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school andan active member in good standing of the North Carolina bar. 2. Aminimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably ininsurance defense. 3. Proven experience in handling depositions,arbitrations, and trials. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation,and advocacy skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities, with a keen eye for detail. 6. Proficiency in legalresearch tools and software. 7. Ability to manage a high volume ofcases and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 8. Demonstratedcommitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
