Position Details Wyrick Robbins is seeking a land use / municipal attorney with 6+ years of relevant experience to join its leading Commercial Real Estate practice. The firm has a collegial office environment with leading practitioners on sophisticated matters at a regional, national and even international level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative and should have relevant experience to assist clients with a broad range of complex land use, development, zoning, permitting, and other quasi-judicial and/or municipal matters. Experience serving as counsel to municipalities is a plus. NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in) preferred. Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics. Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills required.
