Full-Time Eldreth Law Firm, PLLC a mid-sized law firm focusing in civil, corporate, contract, and real estate litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated attorney with litigation experience who is looking to take the next step in their career in a collaborative and high-caliber legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of complex commercial and/or civil litigation cases, from inception through trial and appeal Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in hearings Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with partners and clients Manage discovery, including document review, interrogatories, and requests for production Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Licensed to practice law and in good standing in North Carolina Litigation experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment Strong written and oral advocacy skills Proven ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team Experience handling depositions, hearings, and/or trials preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Why Join Eldreth Law Firm?
